Returns and Refunds

1. Returns

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. The product should be in its original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items that are customized, sale items are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, underwear and accessories cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above.
• Processing Time: Refund will be credited to the original Payment menthod used at checkout within 10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for items that are returned in a damaged or used condition.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
